Meet Kiernan
Kiernan joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Warren Residential as a Senior Associate in 2016 after a decade of successfully assisting buyers and sellers throughout Massachusetts, from Northampton to Boston. Leveraging Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ industry-leading technology, marketing, and global brand recognition, she expanded her practice to include buyers, sellers, and landlords across a wide range of property types and price points.
Driven and results-oriented, Kiernan has grown her business steadily each year. Within just nine months of joining the firm, she earned placement in the Leading Edge Society, a production-based distinction. The following year, she was named to the President’s Circle—an honor awarded to the top 7% of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ 45,000 agents in North America. Her continued growth led to recognition among the top 5%, and by her fifth year, she achieved President’s Circle status at the top 2% of BHHS agents worldwide.
While Kiernan is proud of these achievements, she believes exceptional client experience is the true measure of success. She maintains a consistent 5-star Zillow rating, and 95% of her business comes from referrals and repeat clients—an endorsement she values above all others.
A passionate advocate for city living, Kiernan resides in downtown Boston’s Leather District. Outside of real estate, she enjoys decorating, cooking, entertaining, and exploring the city—often walking her dog, Birdie, along the Rose Kennedy Greenway or through the Boston Common, catching stand-up comedy in the Theater District, or visiting the Institute of Contemporary Art. A committed supporter of animal welfare, Kiernan donates a portion of every commission to animal rescue organizations.
