Meet Kiernan

Kiernan was invited to join Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Warren Residential as a Senior Associate in 2016 after 10 years of assisting buyers and sellers across Massachusetts, from Northampton to Boston. The combination of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices' technology, marketing, and brand recognition has allowed her to better serve her clientele which now includes buyers, sellers, and landlords.

Always ambitious, Kiernan has continued to steadily and significantly grow her business each year. Within 9 months of joining the company, Kiernan earned entrance into the Leading Edge Society, a production-based honor awarded by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. The following year, she was recognized as a member of the President's Circle, an award given to the top 7% of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices' 45,000 agents in North America. The trend continued, the business grew, and after her third year, Kiernan was recognized as now being among the top 5% of BHHS agents in North America. By her fifth year as a Senior Associate at Warren Residential, Kiernan was proud to be ranked in the President's Circle the top 2% of BHHS agents worldwide.

While she takes great pride in this ranking, she understands that customer experience is and always will be the foundation of her career. Therefore, the recognition she is most proud of though is her consistent 5-star Zillow rating. Due to her high rate of client satisfaction and retention, Kiernan's business is 95% referral and repeat business based.

Kiernan is passionate about city living, and currently resides in downtown Boston's Leather District. A self-proclaimed "domestic enthusiast", she loves to decorate, cook, craft, and entertain. In her free time, she can often be found walking her dog, Birdie, along the Rose Kennedy Greenway or in the Boston Common, watching standup comedy in the Theater District, or seeing what's new at the ICA. An ardent supporter of animal rights and welfare, Kiernan donates a portion of every commission to various animal rescue organizations.
